LIFTING BUFFER SYSTEM

Characteristic: Composed of lifting conveyors,sorter lifting system and cotrol system. The glass can be stored horizontally in a grid layer by layer. The height can be up to 9 meters, which greatly save the space for glass factory. It is as the buffer in front of tempering furnace, on the other hand, it can be integrated with automatic batching system for loading the glasses for tempering furnace automatically and efficiently according to software.

Characteristic: Can move single piece glass in and out from the horizontal glass sorter, and glass can be moved in and out in the ring sorter according to different types. Application: Mainly used for glass storage, loading, unloading and sorting in electronics, appliances and shower industry. It can stably and efficiently realize the automatic processing mode between each process.
